Sanford a victim of brain chemicals: Expert

Susan Hardwicke, a licensed social worker who runs a clinical practice in Columbia, said SC Gov. Mark "King David" Sanford could be under the influence of brain chemicals that fire when a person falls in love. "People do crazy things for love," Hardwicke said. "That's what all the songs are about."
I would do anything for love, but I won't resign, as one song put it.

People are talking — The Columbia (SC) State

Speaking of Sanford:*
South Carolina's top cop says Gov. Mark Sanford did not improperly use state funds for visits with his Argentine mistress.

Sanford has given two personal checks totaling $3,300 to the state treasurer as reimbursement for part of a taxpayer-funded trip to South America last year.
So, was he planning on doing that before he got caught (not) hiking the Appalachian Trail? And why reimburse for non-impropriety?

The typical O'Reilly Factor demographic.

eta: Hindrocket also has the brain chemicals, also.
