The vice president spoke at a $1,000-a-plate fundraiser for Democratic candidate John Carney that drew about 150 people Monday in Wilmington, DE. Carney said a millionaire will emerge from the Republican primary in September. "They're willing to spend whatever it takes," said Carney.Sounds mighty familiar.
